I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

 If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you. 

How do I contact Customer Care?

Please note that our customer care agents are available from Saturday to Thursday: 10:30 am to 5 pm United Arab Emirates timing. We will be able to assist you during our working hours.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in Dubai, UAE.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found in the description of each product.

What are the payment methods?

We offer a wide range of payment options such as VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, K-NET and cash on delivery.

What is the cost of delivery?

We offer free shipping for delivery within the U.A.E. 

How can I get the refund?

We ensure fast processing of refunds through the same payment procedure. For orders paid for by cash on delivery, refunds shall be made via bank transfer or through an online voucher. Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the Bank Card (Credit/Debit) used for the original purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

How long will the refund take to be updated on my credit card account?

We try our best to process refunds as soon as possible. However, it will depend on your bank’s terms and conditions. At most, the refund will take 14 working days.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we do accept all credit cards and shipping in UAE.

Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?

We will refund your shipping cost if the product was received due to an error on our part. This does not apply for change-of-mind returns.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipments online by the reference number assigned to your shipment. Go to your orders, click “Track my order” link/button to track your order.

When will my order be dispatched?

We stock a comprehensive range of products at our Head office in Dubai. If your item is in stock, we can usually ship on the same day for orders placed before 1 pm, and the next day for orders placed after 1 pm. Our aim is to get your order on board with the courier within 2-3 business days of purchase.

How long will my items take to be delivered?

Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping, unless otherwise notified. We at the moment are only providing the delivery service within the UAE. However, we will start international shipping shortly.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within14 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

Can I change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we are unable to make changes to orders.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
