Delivery Policy

This delivery policy governs the delivery of any items you purchase through NivaFH website. This shipping and delivery policy is subject to the terms of use for the NivaFH website on which you made your purchase. Items are shipped via a third-party courier and domestic orders usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping, unless otherwise notified. We at the moment are only providing the delivery service within the UAE. You will be receiving your order confirmation email right after you successfully place an order on the website

Shipping Policy

Applicable shipping charges for your order will be provided prior to you completing your purchase.

Free Shipping promotions shall be subject to promotional details and we reserve the right to restrict the territories. Only 1 promo code may be used per purchase at checkout. NivaFH or its third-party shipment providers will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control. Customers can request disputes or chargeback within 36 months and shall keep a proof of signed delivery receipt.

Multiple Shipment

The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Return/Refund Policy

We accept returns only if the products are unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging using a registered courier service.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns are refunded via original mode of payment and will be processed within 14  working days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Order: You may cancel your order within 2 hours for any reason. Your amount will be returned via original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Our Cancellation: We may cancel your order(s) if:

  • You do not make any payment to us when it is due;
  • You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
  • You attempt to bulk or multi-order purchase of similar products.
